Girly Girl HD Waterwave 13x4 Frontal Wig

I have to have 5 different product on hand just to install this wig. I bought this hair for my graduation and it was beautiful hair. My stylist said it was good hair and I agreed. I when to wash it after getting it installed twice and it tangled sooo bad. I thought it was my fault and began detangling it. I reached out to the owner because it was sooo tangled and she helped me out. The customer service is A1 she was coming up with solutions and care suggestions. She took the wig and did a treatment and sent it back untangled. I installed the wig twice and it is back tangled. It tangled when I was trying to clean the lace. The owner told me I need to use a clariying shampoo, a moisturizing shampoo, conditioner, and silicone mix. That’s fine every once in a while but I have never had a wig that needs this much care and detangling and consistent product buying. This hair is giving AliExpress but bad AliExpress hair and it balls at the nape if you don’t do all this. Before this wig I haven’t had to buy silicone mix consistently, I usually just buy moisturizing shampoo and conditioner and do a deep condition with the conditioner I buy. But this hair is a big headache. I have some where I need to be and I am sitting here trying to untangle this wig yet again. Yea just gamble with AliExpress you’ll probably have to do that same amount of upkeep
